Our two ultrasonic washing machines are specialized tools designed to meticulously clean medical devices. Ultrasonic cleaning,based on ultrasonic vibrations, creates microscopic bubbles that implode, generating shockwaves. This effectively removes dirt, contaminants, and particles from the surfaces of medical devices, ensuring optimal sterility.
After cleaning, our three packaging sealing machines come into play. They are essential for preserving the sterility of medical devices and protecting them from any subsequent contamination. Medical devices are carefully inspected to ensure they are free from any visible contamination before being placed in the ISO Class 7 clean room for packaging.
